@obviousoblivious94 Depends, I’ve tried both on and I like the lunarglide 3′s better, but then again I have a low arch. If you have a higher arch I’d go with the free runs but be warned the free runs wear down quickly. both shoes were very comfortable so it depends on personal preference.
