Vacationing in my super-comfy, cute sandals,
I needed these quickly for vacation.(Thank you Amazon Prime Overnight Shipping!). They fit very nicely – I’m usually a 7.5 and bought the 38. Since my foot is wide in front, the adjustable loop on top is great. Both of the “buckles” are actually Velcro, but pretty strong as long as you make sure they’re stuck well.
I bought the Dansko Coquette sandals as my first choice, but the heel was higher, the sole was harder, and the front was very tight around my foot. I had to return them, as cute as they were. These are *much* more comfortable and needed no breaking in time at all. I’ve worn these on a couple of hot days, walking around with a diaper bag (the glamorous life!) and they’ve exceeded my expectations. I love that I can loosen them up when my feel swell during a hot day. They also haven’t left weird marks on my feet after a long day of wear. As a bonus, I got a compliment on my cute sandals from one of my fashion-conscious friends. Hooray!
I was disappointed to hear Danskos are now made in China (with no change in their price!) but these still seem well made and of the quality I expect (time will tell if they last as long). Zappos has more reviews of this sandal, too.

|The most comfortable sandal ever!!,
I got these to try on with another pair. I intended to return one of the two shoes but once I tried these on, I wound up keeping both pairs because this was too comfortable to return. It literally feels like walking on a cloud. Great support and the toe and heel are adjustable to fit your foot perfectly. You can’t go wrong with Dansko and these shoes are among the best of theirs I’ve ever tried.

|Very nice, but ankle strap is too short,
The Dansko Sara sandal is well made and good looking, BUT the ankle strap is too short to fasten securely.
I am returning the shoes.
